Each task: before we give that to devs we need
to write spec. It takes 20% of dev time to write

Tester can test only
Spec writer can test and write specs
Devs can develop and test

It takes 40% of dev time to test


Task A - 20 w
Task B - 40 w

Task C - 30 w
Task D - 8 w

During the project, but no later than 4 w each res could 
have a 4 week vacation, but no more than 2 persons at once 
(during each week)
